Although it is a common aspect of everyone, we know very little about our own posture. Usually, people suffer from posture and think that posture is the way of sitting or the way of walking, the postural habits, or consequences of those but that is not the posture.
Now let me define for you what posture is:
Posture is the result of the adding of position in space of the different structures that make up the human body and the overall mechanical relationships between them.
Mechanical relationships are constituted by the balance between the different muscular chains, the fascia and the channels. Posture should never be considered good or bad, it should be considered that the situation gives or does not give problems. This means that often we think that it is good or bad posture only in relation to the social idea of posture (typical and common idea that walking stiff means walking upright, while a stiff body means pain and fatigue).
Something for us to be concerned about is if our posture creates dysfunction and pain, or if it makes relationships with other people difficult. An optimized posture is the posture that does not cause dysfunction or pain. It can be considered beautiful and healthy while allowing natural, elegant, and harmonious movement.
Moxibustion and posture? KINSEIKYU is the answer
Kinseikyu is a new method that has achieved postural rebalancing of the body to suffer fewer injuries and achieve a healthier appearance.
In Japanese language, Kin- means balance, sei- means posture and -kyu means moxibustion. Then Kinseikyu is postural balance with moxibustion.
Applying this method, the posture is changed immediately. It is also a new way of using moxibustion because these tools can modify the physical structure to obtain effects on the structure itself, on organic, emotional, and mental functioning. The applications are therefore numerous (pain, organic dysfunctions, emotional issues). This discipline is a good idea for anyone who is concerned about patients who repeat and repeat the same structural problems (back pain, joint pain, dysfunction, etc.), for no apparent reasons, or for all professionals who want to obtain a comprehensive global understanding of the body and they want to integrate another way of treating the disease.
To work with Kinseikyu is to recover the lost spaces (out and inside the body).
We use a special test, based on neurological brain skills, which allows us to understand the body and channels unbalance. The application of moxibustion techniques and a special manual fascial release technique at key points of the posture will release the muscular chains in trouble and restore postural and channel balance in a gentle and pleasant way.
